I’ve been renting my home from Sac City Rental for a long time, and I have to say the service has always been excellent. Any time I need a repair, Ozzie responds right away and sends his team. Ozzie and his crew are fantastic — they’re always friendly, professional, and incredibly quick to arrive. They diagnose and fix issues efficiently, and they always make sure everything is working perfectly before they leave. I really appreciate how dependable and courteous they are. Ozzie and his team make maintaining the home stress-free. Highly recommend their service!

Dealing with these people was like a breath of fresh air after calling around SO MANY PLACES to get housing and not coming up with anything. Scott, ESPECIALLY, has been wonderful. I will forever be grateful to him for working with me and overall helping me get out of my abusive household because I had been trying for YEARS to get out, but so many places turned me down since I had no renters history and because I am a young renter. He is always so quick and responsive to emails and is very clear about expectations. However, he is also willing to be flexible too! Just be honest with whatever your situation is and he will try to work with you as best as he can. Everyone else has been wonderful, too! I had one incident related to maintenance in my year with Sac City Rentals but over all the team is helpful and easy to work with. I’ve needed Scott’s help a few times with some things and he always got them done. He’s very honest and trustworthy and I appreciated that most. His recommendations for carpet cleaning and home cleaning upon move out are great and actually were less expensive than the places I called on my own. I would definitely recommend Sac City Rentals.

I lived at property managed by Sac City Rentals for at least two years. Recently I had bought my own property and wanted to give my opinion of this property management throughout the whole process. When I first started looking at rental properties with Sac City, we had a few appointments with Scott. We had some difficulties due to timing but Michelle and Scott worked with us and helped us get into property quickly and within our requested time. This by itself was a big deal but our interactions with them throughout our tenancy was also highly professional and courteous. Generally, I try to limit my interactions with our property owners but if we had issues, they were quick to respond.
