As someone who relocated from out of state and couldn’t visit the property before hand to tour, I can confidently say that this place was a great decision. Cristal is the absolute best at what she does. From the prompt replies to the updates, I felt included in the entire process. It was tough making such a huge decision being so far away, but she reassured me with the details, transparency and photos of various units. I moved in a few days ago and it was an awesome experience! I had a slight issue getting my moving truck into the parking deck, and when I say that it was all hands on deck to help me, I’m not playing. I had one of the most unpleasant and disappointing apartment tour experiences at The Parc Apartments. From the moment we walked in, we were met with a less-than-pleasant attitude from a woman who did not even bother to introduce herself. Instead of welcoming us, she immediately asked for our move-in date and pricing would be changing. When we told her we were looking approximately two months out, she quickly dismissed us, stating that was “too far out” and that no apartment company would be able to accommodate that timeline. This was the first time I had ever heard such a thing, and it made absolutely no sense. She followed it up with more discouraging comments about pricing changes, making the entire interaction feel intentionally dismissive rather than helpful. The situation became eve

The property & location are amazing but what really stole the show was Cristal Lozano!! What a hardworking woman! She went out of her way to give me a tour despite not being on schedule and was hustling in heels while pregnant! I’ve toured 21 high rises and mid rises during my search and she is by far the best agent I had the pleasure of working with. She is amazing at what she does and cares about providing you the right home. Parc on Jackson got it right with her. Amazing unit and amazing team!

Tacoby has been great to work with. He’s been responsive, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. I’m looking forward to hopefully becoming a part of this community soon. Edit: Jessica & Team really went above and beyond for me. It’s rare you find a management team that truly cares. I can’t wait to move in!

This is one of the best staff I’ve been around, from Jessica the manager to Michael & Tacoby their leasing agents, everyone here is helpful !! They go above and beyond for my clients, a nice property and great bang for buck for a newer build Downtown. Walkable to the Farmers Market and Hardwood Park is across the street !
