The Parc At Briargate

I just moved here and have had a great experience so far. The office employees are super nice and helpful. I was having issues with my previous apartment and they got me approved and moved in within 48 hours. The apartment space is clean, spacious and most importantly maintenance has been very timely.

We lived there for a year and a half, and loved it! Maintenance was quick and very nice, the front office agents were always great to us. Facilities were aways clean and well taken care of. Definitely recommend.

My family has lived at The Parc at Briargate for over 2 years and I must say that overall we enjoyed living there. They are really good with handling minor maintenance request. The issue we run into every year is the AC not working when we need it most. We called the office multiple times and they would not answer the phone, so we’d have to walk to the office to see what the status was with getting it fixed. They have been good about sending a company out multiple times to try to fix it but we went a month without AC this past month (June 2024). Another issue is with the people occupying the pool after hours (10pm) being very loud and inconsiderate of the people that live in the buildings near it. The community is great. I have lived at The Parc for about 7 months now and have not had any issues. As a single mom who works from home with a 3-year-old son, I feel safe here. Management has always been prompt at responding when anything is needed, and Maintenance has been exceptional. Just last week, my heater went out. Johnny and Chase were at my apartment within a few minutes of my call. They had a brand new heater installed within days and checked up a few times to make sure everything is working. Johnny and Chase also came out today to check on my filter and smoke alarm battery, and as always, they were kind and professional.

I really enjoy living here at the parc. My partner and I are on month 6 of living here and it’s been a great experience so far. The neighborhood is tucked away, safe, staff and maintenance are very prompt and professional when we need anything and my neighbors are great. We had a difficult time getting into the apartment at first which was all due to personal reasons but— Corissa was absolutely amazing to work with! She had alot of patience with us and showed us alot of grace when we first moved in and is hands down our favorite staff member here at the Parc! Maintenance is phenomenal as well, I know if I need a good handy man that Johnny and Chase have my back!
