The Parc at Bakers Pointe Apartments

This place allows their clients to throw trash all over the ground and will not pick it up. Drugs, glass bottles, dirty diapers blue in to your yard. They do nothing. We have spoke to the manager, the city, customer service. Now the city had asked us to sue the place. That is so unfortunate that it had to elevate to this level. How hard is it to keep the door on the dumpster closed as required.

My time spent at Bakers Blvd was thrilling. Kim and her staff were extremely supportive. I miss the neighbors. The grounds were so peaceful ✌️and pleasant. I moved out because of Doctor's orders of me living alone. I really miss the place.

I wanted to take a few moments. I moved into this apartment complex in March 2025, getting into this facility has been a total blessing, love the community, maintenance workers are friendly, office staff Kim is awesome. Couldn’t be more happy living here and hope to leave here for many years. Thank you.

I visited my friend's house across the road after a few years, and I was concerned he and his family were going through a rough time because of all the trash in their yard. Turns out that it wasn't their trash but that of these apartments. How unfair for an apartment complex to be so derelict in their responsibility to provide a clean, safe, livable environment. I hope the authorities can set the record straight if complaints don't.

Kim was a pleasure to work with. She was very informative and knowledgeable about the information needed regarding the senior community complex. It is obvious she takes her job responsibilities very serious by providing me with all information needed and is always available for follow-up questions. It is because of Kim, I had a very positive experience working with the Parc at Bakers Point office.
