32Ten on the Blvd Apartments

Bragging about my new apartment and the team that works at 32Ten on the Blvd. This complex was probably built in 1970's. They have a courtyard in the middle of each section, nostalgic. I love the idea of community around a courtyard and I have read that this design is coming back for a lot of reasons. I wanted the leasing company (SunRidge Management Group) to know that this team of office management Pam, Kim and maintenance Keith,Sergio make it a 5 star complex. Thank you I love my new home.

I have recently applied to these apartments. To where I’ve been treated with nothing but respect and Kindness. The general manager, Kim, Is an amazing Person who is very easy to get along with. Prices really are not bad at all, In fact are very good. They make everything clear when it comes to the lease and are upfront with everything and make sure no surprises happen. I thank these people for allowing me to live at these apartments. I’m sure to the person reading this it will be a good fit for you too. They also have oil change coupons up front!

I moved in here on February 13th. Pam made sure everything went smoothly and was very helpful. I did the walk through and the maintenance guy was out here fixing everything within a day or two. All my neighbors have been so nice. I’m really happy I made this my new home.

I lived here for 7 years. It was affordable for me, reasonable and never had any major issues. Any maintenance work was done efficiently and effective. Good place to get to Fort Worth fast and to Dallas easy.

I live next door to these apartments, never a dull moment, loud cars, loud neighbors that wants everyone to hear their drama. I'm sitting outside trying to enjoy the calm night but instead I hear some guy arguing loudly outside with room mate and he really wants everyone to know his business. No need to yell, it just makes you sound guilty of whatever they're accusing you of, if they want you to leave, then just go for a walk and cool down then go and have an indoor discussion with whoever you're arguing with. Now I know why they call the complex 2nd chance apartments...
