DO NOT MOVE HERE! The whole entire building is infested with mold, flies and asbestos. I experienced shortness of breath, coughing, sneezing and itchy throat due to the mold in the floors and walls. I could see some mold in my bathroom near the tub. You can't see all the mold but it's definitely there. A friend came over to visit and they had the same symptoms and was up coughing all night because of the mold. As soon as I come into this property my face starts itching, I can't breathe and I get a weird taste in my mouth. The leasing agents will pretend like they don't know what you're talking about when you mention it to them. Even the maintenance man confirmed with me that he had shortness of breathe also when he goes to the side of the building that they are still working on. This whole

They're "refurbished" hotel rooms made into "studio apartments". Works if don't need much space or have much stuff at all. The price is astronomically high for not even 400 sq ft.... Google is false advertising.... it says "has elevator".... yeah, there are 4 elevators... but working elevators.... they do not have. NOT ONE ELEVATOR works....and hasnt since December.... and they keep moving people in on the 5th floor.... crazy thinking. The building is coming together nicely with the remodel, has come a long way from the nasty motel 6 these used to be.

This used to be a near rundown hotel. Do not believe this is a "Apartment" complex. Even if they tore the inside up and changed everything, this is not a complex worthy building. I wish them the best but please understand that this was a hotel before and you will not be getting a full apartment experience. Unless they charging like $500/month then it's cool and I ain't see nothing lol.

It used to be a place I could call home but then new people bought it and turned a motel that helped low income families and tried to turn them into So called apartments 🤦‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

I have been here for almost 4 months and I love it.
