Lee Ann is simply the best! She made what could have been a stressful process selling our parent's house feel easy and enjoyable. Her deep understanding of the market, combined with her friendly and approachable demeanor, made my family feel confident and well-informed throughout. She was always one step ahead, ensuring everything went smoothly. I’m so grateful for her hard work and would recommend her to anyone without hesitation!

Genuinely good person. Ms. Wynns spotted an error I made in a phone number on a website, and she spent a bit of her own time to give me a heads up about it. There was nothing in it for her. She did it just to be nice. Note: I'm not writing this review from the perspective of a property buyer; I'm a consultant. Everyone is so busy, and the real estate business is competitive - it's refreshing to see small acts of real kindness.

Lee Ann is by far and away the best real estate agent in East Cobb, if not the entire state of Georgia. My wife and I used Lee Ann when buying our current house and then selling our prior house. Lee Ann patiently worked with us for years while we were casually looking. When we were ready to buy it was impressive to watch her work. She comes with a great agency but more importantly she has personally established a large network of contacts and I felt her negotiating skills are second to none. With Lee Ann's help we were able to easily secure our dream home despite have to deal with a nightmare of a real estate market. Lee Ann, we sincerely thank her for her help and kindness.

Lee Ann was my son's realtor and as I had joined them several times looking for homes, I had seen Lee Ann do her magic then. When it came time for me to select a realtor, she was the first one to come to mind. Of course, I have several friends who are realtors but I've never experienced their work ethics, and if I'd picked one of them, the others would be mad. Lee Ann is very detail oriented and actually listens to your needs/wants. She figured out the perfect persona to buy my house which helped us get above market sales price. This mindset made a difference. Lee Ann started networking, and we hosted one Open House. She responds in a timely manner and never loses her cool. If she does not feel comfortable with an issue, she immediately consults with her broker and gets an answer.

Lee Ann always showed up with a smile on her face to look at whatever sketchy house I asked her to show me. Every good house that I looked at she found and suggested to me. As a new first time home buyer her knowledge was invaluable in ensuring I had a smooth successful home-buying experience. She was able to guide me to think about certain aspects of a home I would not have normally considered, helped immensely in finding the best inspectors and be very thorough in following up to make sure all the proper inspections and info was gathered. Overall Lee-Ann is an amazing person that I would suggest to anyone looking to buy a home!
