The Palms on Scottsdale Apartments

Property is absolutely beautiful and very well kept. Absolutely love the interaction that I had with the office ladies they were so sweet and so kind and so beautiful. Shout out to Janet, Emma, and taylin! Definitely would rent from them!

EDIT: Lived here for two years, would absolutely recommend. Worth the price. Four stars only because we got GOUGED on the deposit. Great apartment with great in-house amenities, great location, great amenities. All the office staff are very helpful, shoutout to Neireece! No pest issues yet lots of greenery. Community amenities are decent. Overall, a very smooth experience, and a great community.

I was visiting the area and came by this property to check pricing for apartments. As I was driving the property I came across the manager of facilities, his name was Anthony! He asked how my day was and I got to ask him some questions about the property and told me about the amazing pool and other amenities the property had to offer. I am looking to relocate to the area and this was the best experience I had so far from a property! Will be keeping this in my list as a future home and thank you Anthony for making me feel at home and I don’t even live there!

I like it here, it's quiet and I like where my apartment is at in relation to the complex. I like to chat with Emma in the office, she's always been very nice to me and my family and will even call to make sure our maintenance tickets were completed and functioning properly. I renewed my lease for my third year and don't plan on going anywhere else right now. They don't jack up your rent too crazy like my old place which is nice.

Absolutely beautiful property, units, and great price point for Scottsdale. I’m very security conscious and it being a gated property gives me a good deal of comfort. I appreciate the honesty and transparency of the staff including Taylin. She’s absolutely wonderful!!
