Mrs. Kim King is so sweet and kind. I'm looking forward to moving in and have been browsing around at different options. I am going to choose the Palms just because of Mrs. Kim, her kindness, helpfulness and going above and beyond to help me out in every single way!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The management is horrible they do not come out and check on things.The security lights are all out in the front and that’s dangerous. You put in work orders months ahead and nothing stills get done. Roaches and roaches and more roaches. They don’t even tell people that moved in where to park their cars under the car port. This place started off good years ago but now it’s a complete dump. If the owners want to get more people to move in it’s best for them to come out and check up on their property cause it done hit rock bottom

From start to finish absolute crooks. I had to call the city inspector just to get them to fix the back door. The door was so bad off that you could casually push it open while locked. They never wanted to fix anything. Kimberly the manager super unprofessional. Always had an arrogant attitude. She had an attitude with my wife even slammed the door on her then threaded her with cops when she had an attitude back. we had been sending requests for our deposits for weeks. The corporate office even sent her requests she didn't respond to. If she can’t handle her job professionally she doesn’t need to be management. Looks like I will have to go to court just to get my deposit or for her to do her job. I'm so happy I kept all the photos of my move in and move out. When dealing with these people

Unless you want to waste your money and time with a manger who doesn't actually take stuff seriously and gets an attitude with you over stuff don't move here she is one of the worst managers I've seen since I've moved here and to Kimberly you have no right to yell at a resident because they asked you to fix their back door handle you acted really "professional" and I hope Corporate reads this and contacts me because I would love to show the video footage of you yelling and having an attitude with me in front of the maintenance guy and how you such profanity towards a resident and how you got mad when I asked if you could have maintenance come out to fix my back door handle that I couldn't even fix because it was already broken
