The Springs of Lake Jackson

Me and my partner moved from Indiana when we arrived the apartment looked fine until later on in the night we started seeing roaches office was closed at the time we completely trusted the two ladies in the office to put us in a habitable environment as was not met those standards! We did not pay the deposit and went too a different complex safe to say DONT MOVE HERE IDC WHAT SPECIALS THEY HAVE not worth also I asked other tenants and they confirmed they have roaches all the do is have maintenance come spray to help maintain the roaches I have photos and will be reporting too local health board on Monday NO ONE SHOULD BE PUT IN A SITUATION LIKE THIS OR STUCK IN ONE!!!

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Springs of Lake Jackson. The community is incredibly nice and quiet, making it a peaceful and comfortable place to come home to every day. The atmosphere truly feels welcoming. Shantell and Carissa go above and beyond to take extra care of the residents and make sure everyone’s needs are met. They are professional, kind, and always willing to help, which really sets this complex apart from others.

For anyone in the future moving into apartment building 1504! The apartment unit floods in all three bedrooms we did not trash the place before leaving, the apartment unit was already bad when we moved in. I was told by a friend living there before I moved in, that the 1500 building floods I was hoping by the time we moved in it would be fixed and it wasn’t. All year long we dealt with flooding with no help. Do not let the manager lie to you and say it was our fault and theres nothing wrong with the unit. READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE MOVING IN. They wont fix the flooding issue because rain gets in from the walls in all three bedrooms all they do is clean it and repaint. Mold was and has been building up for some time! Moved here thinking it would be good because i lived here before many years ago and management was awesome but now with new management here its been bad. The property manager of this place is unprofessional and doesn’t respond to emails once you upset her even though you are still tenant she wont respond once you make her mad. Im sure i will get a response on here for this review just to make it seem for other viewers that she does not behave that way and be told sorry for any other misunderstanding. I lived here almost one whole year with this new management never been late on rent here Always on time. Despite having mold build up and constant flooding in my apartment every single time it rained throughout the whole year my apartment has flooded and i reported it over and over and nobody

This is the worst, roaches, mice, they don't fix anything correctly. Roach feces...no problem, they'll just paint over it. Hole in the wall...no problem, they'll just fix it with paper instead of sheet rock. Got a leak? Do t worry, they won't fix it, and leave you in inches of water. Got roots growing in your living room? Don't worry, they won't fix that either. They are just money hungry and don't care about their current residents.
