Great place to live and super close to everything you may need. I’ve lived here for almost 4 years and everyone here is super friendly! I have a lab and he loves going into the office to see everyone and get his treats. Anytime I’ve had any sort of maintenance issue Frank is amazing and comes to fix it right away.

Robin has been great to work with, very attentive to my needs and ensuring my move in went well. They immediately took care of any maintenance requests I’ve had and been easy to work with. I’m loving this little place so far!

I've been living here at this complex for 3 years and the staff is top-notch. They are very attentive and needs of their residents and also are very proactive in the maintenance of upkeep of the grounds and common areas within the complex. As a matter of fact the maintenance staff went out of their way when I had a situation with my tire on my vehicle to inflate it when the air pump at the car wash station wasn't working. The staff is very responsive to service requests and very straightforward and communicative.

I lived at The Palms of Clearwater a few years ago and always received great service from the office and maintenance staff. I recently worked with Sabra again to obtain a rental verification for a new place. She was accessible, super helpful and provided the information quickly. This was very much appreciated.

I’ve been here for 12 months and I absolutely love it here! It’s a great area to live and when you request for maintenance that respond quickly. I believe I had Joe and Alex from the maintenance department in my apartment yesterday to fix my air conditioner and fan as it was 85 degrees in the house and my poor dog was hyperventilating and they were able to identify and fix the issues right away.
