The biggest change that I have seen with new management is the response time on work orders. The technician we have was here with last management and the response time was extremely slow. Mr.Jakevis makes sure that our issues are repaired fast and even follows up to make sure the work was completed and we are satisfied. I’m giving four stars because sometimes he is only available if you make an appointment, I do know he is very busy but at my last complex they had an open door policy and we could walk right in which was very convenient. The office is always open but if he is busy and it’s not an emergency he will schedule a time for you to come back or ask you to send him an email. He is very fast a responding to emails the last manager would never respond and say he never got them. I will

Super impressed with some of the changes that are occurring with the new manager and management company. The apartment complex looks well maintained compared to a few years prior.
Does anyone know how much the monthly rent is? Does the light and water bill come separate or with rent? Also how much is the security deposit?
