Country Walk Apartments

They are not the worst but they are awful liars!! This apartment complex said they only took 12 months lease but please read your paper work carefully.. On my tenth month they tried to pressure me into resigning my lease and when I did not want to I was told I had to move the very next month.. 1. You are not allowed to open any windows even when the air conditioner brakes.. 2. They have an Infestation of frogs.. 3. The leasing managers husband stands outside like a creeper watching everyone’s every move.. Only to report his findings to his wife.. 4.They told us there were no assigned parking spots only for her husband to request the first spot constantly every day he will knock on your door if you park there.. 5. They told me the carpet fee was 100 dollars when I moved out only for me to r

I've been living here for about 3-4 years, first floor, neighbors on the second floor with children moved about 2 y ago,, level of noise is awful, tried to talk to them, they started making more noise, talked to management, they didn't do anything. If you are okay with having mini hart attacks from 6 am to 1 am, this is the place for you.

I used to live at country walk, it is a really good place. Nice apartments, good customer service, and management communication. Totally recommended.
