The Palms Apartments

I've lived here for a year and a half and management here is wonderful as well as it can be stressful for them. They manage to keep the riffraff out as much as they can and trying to keep it clean and trouble free! Mrs. Sherry always keeps us informed on anything coming up or anything that we need to look out for!

Great value for a 1 bedroom. They seem small at first but once you are living in them they are actually a pretty good size. Laundry room is well kept and location is great. Very quiet here.

It's in a little better area, but it is still a roach motel. Most of the older and some of the newer motel/ hotels in Rapid City are monthly or weekly rentals, and many of the clientele that rent them are those with addictions. If passing through, I don't recommend staying here.

The apartment I had here was SUPER cute and it came fully furnished! All of the neighbors were really friendly and it was nice being right next door to safeway. The management team was really responsive when I had any issues. I highly reccommend this place!

This place is in a good location and the other people are so friendly. Plus these rooms come fully furnished with utilities paid along with cable TV and Internet. I love this place.
