I can honestly say "Addison at River Ridge" is not up to par. I fully agree with the other comments. Maintenance is extremely short staffed resulting in long wait times for fixes, the water is shut off at a minimum a couple times a week, New ownership/management is more focused on making the complex "look pretty" vs fixing existing issues, it seems to be no checks and balances and the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. Complaints are not taken seriously and current tenants who have been faithful to stick it out through all of the different ownership/management are not cared about. I understand its all about money but I pay rent and on time every month and would like my home take care of on a property stand point like I take care of the inside. My current residence looks horrib

Palmer on Washington has approved tremendously. My move in process and the very months were rocky, but now everything is wonderful. The leasing office agents are more professional and communication was approved. Maintenance responds in a timely manner and has great customer service.

I move out here 06/01/2022 in one unit . Upon moving in it was a strong smell only to find out it was mold in my master bedroom closet learning that the apartment above me had flooded and came into my apartment and they didn’t care to fix the damages, I requested that I be moved in another unit mold free and they moved me in another unit . Did a walk through everything was fine , two weeks after moving into the second unit mold started to appear behind my toilet and on the ceiling in the hallway bathroom to the point it was eating holes in the wall . Second my ac was leaking uncontrollably and started to spill into the dining area which later caused mold to grow in the corner . They came out to fix the ac unit which is now broken again and flooding again and whatever they did cause my mast

The Palmer on Washington is a very nice community! From the friendly staff to the clean and spacious apartments for rent. They have great amenities and just up the street from everything you could possibly need from grocery stores to restaurants! Highly recommend staying here!

The absolute worst apartments I’ve lived at! When I first moved in they kept changing my move-in date pushing it back for “repairs”after they agreed to a fixed date know I had to be moved out of my place at a certain time. So I had to move out my place to storage then two weeks later move into a unit that they reserved for me but was about to let someone else take. So they were lying about the reason they were pushing my date back. Brace of all the lies they brought my monthly rent down $100. My oven didn’t open, nor my washer door. Then 2 months later my roof fell in do to a leak that they let pool and mold all over my bathroom. Cut huge holes in my ceiling and never covered them. So I spoke with Sabrina the manager and she told me on multiple occasions that it would be fixed by certain d
