Love the place is really clean, apartments are upgraded and well maintained. The leasing manager Ms Jamie and Nicole are super sweet and helpful making the process clear and simple. 100% recommend

Nothing on this list has been done. They did measure for the closet doors and looked at the lighting finally and that's the last I've seen. The deck has been unusable for over a year with repeated requests to repair it. The floor has dangerous holes in it and the railing is falling down. I haven't been able to use my porch on over a year. NOT HAPPY.

Although the inside of the apartment is nice, that is pretty much all I have good to mention. The people they allow to move in here have no respect for others such as blasting music in the middle of the night, domestic disputes weekly, parties at the pool after hours (no regulations on restricting the pool after hours) the laundry room used for illegal activities and substances being left behind (again no restrictions on only tenants without washers or driers being able to access the room which was mentioned as a suggestion). Things as such have been brought to management's attention, and the only response given is "call the police." Align Communities is a terrible company to rent from. I had a roof leak in my place for over 18 months that they refused to fix. Many other work orders went unanswered for weeks at a time. The maintenance team is garbage with terrible attitudes. Mike who kept up the grounds was the only person on the team who was pleasant to deal with, real nice guy. Unlike the supervisor who never answered and defended his employees poor attitudes while working with us on a situation that was extremely frustrating for us as tenants. So to make things worse, the staff ensured that we were aware they did not want to help at all and we were unconvincing them by needing maintenance. Since this seems to be the only way to get a response from them, the last review is 100% correct. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY ZERO PEACE LIVING HERE! If you don't mind a bunch of obnoxious kids and adults screaming, talking loud and blasting music all the time and lazy neighbors leaving their smelly garbage out by their front door for days, (and I mean bags of them, not just one bag) then you'll do fine living here but you enjoy peace and quiet, look elsewhere. Your problems will be ignored because the property managers will only respond to concerns that pertain to them.
