I have been a resident at Long Beach Pacific Apartments for five years, and unfortunately the experience with property management has become increasingly disappointing. The community Jacuzzi has been broken for nearly two months, and despite multiple requests, management has not provided residents with any clear timeline for repairs. Communication about the issue has been minimal, leaving residents repeatedly asking for updates without meaningful responses. At the same time, one of the building elevators is currently out of service, which further impacts accessibility within the building. What is most frustrating is the lack of transparency and proactive communication from management. Amenities like the Jacuzzi are part of what residents pay for, and when they are unavailable for extend

This is the 2nd time scheduling a tour for the apartment and they are not there. I scheduled a tour today at 1pm, it’s 1:11 right now. I’m expected to wait 30 minutes even though I scheduled a time? I’m not longer interested in this ghetto and ugly looking apartment. Waste of time, and energy. Don’t waste your time trying to see an apartment here because they’ll prove to you they don’t care.

I will give this place zero stars if I could. When you first move in, they seem nice and they seem like they care but they do not. It’s a gimmick. I have a one year-old baby girl, and I had requested a parking spot near the elevator, so that we could be safe. When I moved in I received a parking spot that was on level P2 in the back in the corner basically looking like a dungeon as my parking spot to get out of every day with my one year-old. After only living here for about a month and a half someone put a tracker on my car while I was parked in future residence parking. because I refused to park in my parking stall due to it not being safe. I was not aware of a tracker being put on my car, but it tracked me the whole day until when I came back home I received a notification. They finall

My daughter is the current resident of the building, while she likes her unit itself, but the most serious issue is security. In August, the garage door had been left unlocked and fully open with no security person and unfixed for over 12 days. Due to this fact, her car was broken into in the garage, and items worth about $1,000 were stolen. For a high-rent property with over 120 units, this level of neglect is unacceptable. I understand based on the California law; landlords may be held liable if negligence in maintaining security directly contributes to criminal incidents on the property. When she requested compensation and a reassignment of my parking space, management refused, citing a general disclaimer in the lease. Their response stated: “We do not and cannot guarantee the safety

Zero stars... buckle up; TLDR: STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE Throughout my time there, management was consistently unresponsive and disengaged. The building itself was poorly maintained — trash bins were regularly overflowing, and common areas were often dirty or neglected. The cleaning crew sprays Febreeze and calls it a day. Safety was a major concern, with people frequently dealing drugs across the street and packages with the address strewn all along third street or tucked in the back of the building after people would steal them and go through them to see if they wanted what was inside. At one point, the access gate to Pacific was damaged and they padlocked it with a chain through the lock. I brought to their attention that they should at least inform residents in case the building
