The Overlook at Westover Hills

I call this my "retirement home" which couldn't be more perfect for me, even as a grad student. I've only had 13 months to live here, but in that time, I've had almost no complaints. Josie is incredible and takes care of any issues right away. At 1 am after a long move in, our hot water heater had a leak, and she was upstairs with us and with towels making sure it was all clean. The next day, she had a dehumidifier to dry out the carpet. Above and beyond. The layout is spacious. I'm not a fan of carpet, but it's good quality, so even after 13 months, it's not ratty. The porch is spacious. The apartment is surprisingly well insulated, so even with a bigger place and carpet, the power bill is reasonable. If I could give 1000 stars I would. The Property Manager Josie and the Owner of the The Overlook are extremely attentive. Josie goes above and beyond to ensure that everything is satisfactory for leasing a unit. The commenter Anony Mous I can ensure is lying. I've lived here 15mths and just renewed my lease for another 15 months. I've never seen roaches at this very clean and well maintained property this commenter obviously doesn't know what the term "infestation" is, which is why he probably isn't posting publicly. You don't hear neighbors as walls are thick, you feel completely private in your unit and since the complex has only few units available it allows you to feel secure and not deal with so many tenants as you see in other places with over 100 apartments. My mother has been sick and unable to get her mailbox key replaced. We’ve been bought out by 2 different management companies and each is worse, Bruh. Nobody deserves to be treated like this. She need her mailbox key and THATS IT! It’s super frustrating 😡
