The Overlook Apartments

I have deeply appreciated both the office staff and the maintenance crew. Communication has been clear and easy. Both are informative and helpful. Kyle and his maintenance crew have gone above and beyond, are knowledgeable, and incredibly reliable. They are always on top of repairs and maintaining the property. Easy to get ahold of, quick to reply, with great attitudes! It's always a delight when interacting with Kyle and his crew, and the office staff as well. We greatly appreciate all of their hard work! They have been absolutely wonderful to work with, which is refreshing during these times when it's hard to find good management and maintenance men! Thank you so much Kyle for making this place somewhere enjoyable to be!

The apartment management and front office team have been phenomenal. Working with them is easy and enjoyable, communication is open and on target. More importantly, I wanted to state that the maintenance man Kyle has been absolutely amazing. He is reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking! Kyle and his team put their all into their work and go above and beyond! I have appreciated Kyle's hard work and his help! Kyle definitely knows what he is doing, the best approaches to each problem, and always has a solution. Any time we have had an issue, no matter how big or small, he has always been right on top of it and has resolved the issue in excellent time! I am posting this review to express my sincere appreciation for the office staff, and Daemon, the maintenance “angel” on staff at The Overlook apartment complex. Since I’ve moved in, whenever I have had an issue with certain things in my apartment, Daemon responds immediately. He’s had to respond to varied requests (i.e. some picky and some not so picky). For example, he immediately responded to a request to fix a hole in my wall that I am sure I caused when moving in. I am in awe of the affable living conditions that the staff and Daemon (maintenance) maintain on the Overlook property, which I have had the pleasure of renting. I personally think the Overlook Staff definitely needs a 10 Star Rating!!! As long as you meet the criteria for the Overlook Apts the staff there are very welcoming and down to earth and go out of their way to make sure your move in and stay there is awesome!¡ They take their time to make sure they deal with you individually so you feel like family rather than just a tenant! Definitely 2 thumbs up!

DO NOT RENT HERE WHATSOEVER!!! OU student or not do not waste your money on the trash that is this complex. Not once, but twice in a 8th month period we experienced gunshots on property. The on site manager is beyond unprofessional, lies to residents faces, and rude. The leasing agent sends countless messages with incorrect information and so many errors it’s embarrassing. They gave someone information with my unit number allowing for my electric to be terminated and taken out of my name. Leasing agent is beyond disorderly and unprofessional and should never be allowed to send property wide messages. The property, even after having a renovated unit is beyond disgusting. The unit had mold growth in the windows, the bathtub resurfacing came off, and wasps came through our bathroom vents, th
