Not a bad place to call home! Everything is completely new! The owners and employees are really friendly

I love my new home I moved out of one bedroom with two grandkids. Now I have a three-bedroom home and they are beautiful I love the peace and quiet at night time you don't hear no gunshots no loud music no children ripping and running it's a very nice place to live. The managers are very polite and respectful anytime you call for maintenance they Johnny on the spot. There's a gas station right across the street we about 2 mi from Kroger's everything is very convenient. I love my new home 😄

My friend has lived here for about a year. She really likes her place. I have visited with her twice. There is a playground for children. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The complex is tucked away about a mile from the main road and is quiet. The appartment building seems to be well insulated. Good location with stores and restaurants close by.

I recently lost my apartment at the overlook. I found out exactly the kind of place and people who live there. All of my belongings were put out on the curb. While I was gone to get a truck to get my things, some of the other tenants swooped in like low down sorry vultures and stole almost all of my things. One girl in particular took my mother's antique dresser, China, Christmas dishes, kitchen table. I know exactly which girl took them. That is pure evilness to take my mamas things. Then a guy took my washer and dryer. I know what guy did that to. How people could do that to you when you are already down Two of the ladies there saved all my pictures. I know who took my things and how you sleep at night amazes me. God knows who took them which is more important. Glad I don't live around t

I only went here 1 time to help 1 sister vs another sister ___ big mistake and bit me in the hinney, hard. I even got lost trying to leave. No comment on the complex as I wasn't there to rent but the situation was very bad
