I would definitely refer America Home Place to my family and friends. From the moment we decided to have American Home Place build our vacation home we have been pleased. Everyone with this company has been very knowledgeable and professional. Cathy and Heather were in constant contact with my daughter in law to keep her updated on the progress and very helpful with any questions we might have. Andrew kept us updated with videos , pictures and any information about the build. We all really appreciated this so much for we are in another state. We never felt like we were in the dark. It is so nice to see our vacation home completed we love it. Now we can make many wonderful memories in our new house. Thank you so much, Bragg & Cardalico Family

If I could give 10 stars, I would! From the first time I walked into your model home my husband and I were greeted by Heather and Cathy, with a friendly greeting and beautiful smiles. These two girls made the whole experience from start to finish a breeze. I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism, patience and now friendship. My home isn’t finished but I want to give Darryl and Aaron a huge thumbs up with all their knowledge of this build and also the quickness of a phone call. Both of these men have meet us at the build site to guide us through the process. We are sent pictures of the progress (we live in FL 10 hours away). THANK YOU AMERICAN HOME PLACE employees, I will and have recommended you to anyone wanting a quality builder!

So, the wife and I are blessed with the opportunity to build our dream home. After much time and some hiccups in just getting started we found and selected AHP to be our builder. Upon contacting AHP we spoke with Cathy/Heather and were rolling right away. We knew the floor plan we were looking at, had a couple revisions we wanted to make, those two took notes and literally seemed almost over night that we had a provisionary budget with our revisions. We added/subtracted another time or two and again Cathy/Heather worked miracles getting a new temporary budget to us in lightning speed. Needless to say, the wife and I were cautious because this build is out of state and almost 9 hour drive away from our current location. But, once we got the floor plan to our liking we scheduled the meeting

We have just finished building a riverside cottage with America's Home Place, Blairsville, Georgia and could not be happier with the result. The process was painless from initial consultation to finalizing of plans, finish schedule, engineering, site prep, build-out and turn over of the finished property. The project finished on time, under budget and fully met our expectations. As out of town owners the communication was timely and frequent. A special thanks to our construction manager, Andrew, who helped to to make the entire process rewarding and enjoyable. The layout is perfect for us and the elevated build suited our site perfectly.
