The Oswegan Apartment Homes

After living here for a year, I think this is a great place to live. It's in a very walkable neighborhood with good public transit, the library, and shopping, and it's as affordable as anything you'll find. (More affordable than most.) The security in this building is excellent. The walk-in pantry is wonderful for storage. There's good square footage, and the people in the building are nice. The building's manager and handyman are friendly and helpful. Corporate management has advantages and disadvantages, the same as any other place you would rent. There are some nice amenities. Pool, laundry room, exercise room, living room area near the entry with games and occasional social activities.

Lots of noise at 8 am. Yelling, screaming, Workers laughing really loud, mocking the residents. Several times, 1 second after 8 am, awful management. No reason to choose this place, no other apartments would do this to their residents.

Really great place to live, and there is very good management once in a while they do activities and parties.

Construction at 8am. Chainsaws at 8am for no reason other than they think its funny. Do not live here terrible management

Paid a deposit and signed a lease out of state assuming the pictures and description were accurate. Upon arrival and inspection, the place reeked of sewage I complained about the smell and management said there was a sewage leak but it had since been repaired. I came back to inspect and could still smell sewage and mold. I told them that I did not want to lease the place because it was unacceptable. They in turn told me that I could not break the lease without paying a move out deposit. I explained that I never moved in and why would they charge me a move out deposit.They told me that that is the standard procedure and I would have to pay the move out fee as well as lose my deposit. I never moved into the apartment yet they stuck me with a 2,200 hundred dollar bill in addition to taking
