We recently moved in and our experience has been quite pleasant. Nothing will ever be perfect at an apartment complex but so far the staff has been very accommodating, helpful and responsive. Would like to say thank you to all the staff. A very special shout out to Franklin who literally just fixed our screen door just now. For context, we requested a screen door last week and very quickly received one and it was installed. However, we noticed that the screen door would not open or close smoothly. I just thought it would be left that way and so I took the screen off. I’m very low maintenance so it wasn’t that big a deal. I moved in last week and the process was easy. Shoutout to the lovely leasing staff Carlisa and Destiny who helped all throughout the process. Shoutout to Franklin who fixed our microwave super quick. Fantastic Staff!!
