Daniel is an excellent inspector, very professional, and hardworking. As an agent, he is great to work with - always doing his best to be available and make accommodations. He provides a variety of inspection packages for the customer to choose from, all of which include licensed roof and termite specialists. Best of all, he prints the report summary right then and there in a beautifully organized, resourceful binder.

Thank to Daniel, everything was inspected as thoroughly as possible, and left buyer feeling more better in regards to the interior and state of appliances as well.. He was able to get me scheduled for an inspection the same week I called which was very fortunate.. I will be using Daniel again for future inspections and its quite convenient that he prints the entire inspection as a hardcopy in a very organized binder for buyer to review!
