The Olivia on Main

I was looking for an apartment and wanted to move in within a couple of days and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move into the Olivia. Maddie the property manager stayed on the phone with me for 20 mins answering all my questions and helped me get my application approved in short order on a holiday week. I moved in a couple days later and Abby went over everything with me and made the move in very easy. The apartment and the complex in general I’m very pleased with. Would highly recommend.

Spent 3 years living at the Olivia, and it was by far my favorite apartment to live at. It is a reasonable price for the amenities and location. Special shoutout to the attentive and timely help from the maintenance team Patrick and Jesse. I highly recommend the Olivia if you are moving to Carmel.

I have lived here for more than a year now and have absolutely loved it! When my lease was ending, it was a no brainer to sign for another year. I moved here from New Jersey and didn’t know what to expect. Over the last year this place has really felt like home. I’ve been lucky enough to travel for work and have lived in 5 different states and 4 different countries, so it takes a lot for me to finally call someplace my home. The apartments have great amenities such as a a game room with pool and shuffleboard, a cozy nook with a fireplace, a movie room, a large gym, a conference room, and a beautiful pool with grills and cabanas. The Olivia was a great place to call home for our time in Carmel! Great location, great amenities, and excellent staff! Maddie and Andrew were welcoming and friendly when asking questions. Every time we asked for Indy 11 game tickets they would place in our mail box. They hosted fun residential appreciation parties that had been planned and well thought out! The Olivia maintenance staff was friendly and willing to get the job done. Jesse was friendly and always did a job well done. Our favorite part about the apartment was the kitchen size, and the California Closet. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to check out the Carmel area!

Me and my wife have lived at The Olivia on Main for over 3 years now and we couldn't be happier. Undoubtedly the experience here has been the best so far compared to the other communities we have stayed at in the past. We absolutely love the apartment we have rented. The layout is very nice and modern. It's very spacious and since it's a corner apartment with 2 balconies, there is plenty of sunlight all day around. The location is perfect with the downtown and so many restaurants and grocery options close by. The building is very safe, well maintained and very clean with great amenities and the most beautiful lobby we have come ever come across.
