Old Town Design Group

Old town has a tough time respecting the private property of those surrounding their builds. It’s been 2+ years of litter, trespassing, and blocking our driveway. Their own employees don’t even follow their own signage. Can’t wait til they’re done with this project.

I had the pleasure of working with Old Town Design Group through the planning process for a custom home in Westfield Indiana. Although I ultimately decided it wasn’t the right financial decision for me at this time, I couldn’t have been more impressed with the experience. Adam (sales) and Nate (architect) were both fantastic—knowledgeable, fair, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. The process was exceptionally well-organized, far better than my experiences with previous builders. Nate worked closely with me over several months to design a home I absolutely loved, capturing every detail I had hoped for. Even when challenges arose, Old Town made every effort to find creative solutions and make the build feasible. While it wasn’t in the cards for me right now, I wouldn’t hesitate

We found Old Town Design Group to be a pleasure to work with as we built our new home. The communication and workmanship was top notch. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly and we feel they went out of their way to make this a great experience. Old Town Design group has been a pleasure to work with. Their skilled personnel with an eye for design has helped make our house beautiful and unique but highly functional. Building is never an easy process, so many decisions to make to pull it all together. But with their use of building software and great communication by my construction manager and sales associate, they took a lot of the stress out of the build and set my mind at ease.

I've worked with Old Town Design Group on multiple new home builds and they have always been open and honest. They do a great job keeping you informed with weekly updates and they are always available to answer any questions you may have. Tammi has been my primary sales contact and Sam has been my construction/project manager and they are both great to work with.
