I lived at this property, but my experience with the leasing office management was very poor. Whenever we had an issue and asked the manager to resolve it, our concerns were often ignored, showing a lack of respect toward tenants. The most serious issue has been my security deposit, which was supposed to be mailed within 30 to 45 days after move-out. It has now been almost three months, and the deposit has still not been sent. I have called many times, but most of the time no one responds, and when they do, they say they need to speak with the manager.
