We first met Jose when we were moving into Star Tower 8 years ago. After purchasing at Star Tower and even though he was not our real estate agent he took the time to show us around and answer all our questions. It was clear he knew his business when it came to condos and especially the Star Tower. When we were ready to put our place on the market, there was no question for us on who we would use as a real-estate agent. We could not have been more pleased with how Jose moved to get our place sold. The transaction was seamless and painless. If you want a professional and someone who knows about condos, especially downtown Orlando condos, Jose is the person to turn to.

Jose is a true professional, trust worthy, and someone who will always be on your side throughout the entire real estate process. He’s always responsive, getting back to you quickly, very supportive if/when something goes array, and there to lend a hand; sometimes even an ear! He’s knowledgeable with regards to pricing and knows his market well! He even helped me out with staging/rearranging my furniture to best suit my condo and prep it for a sale. High marks too for his honesty! You won’t hear me say that, but this man deserves his due respect! He’s a win/win to have by your side! It’s hard to find a good realtor, especially in the Orlando area, but with him I’d say know that you have found a great realtor, who always is the utmost professional! I highly recommend Jose!

Jose and his team are great! We moved to Orlando on relatively short notice and needed to secure housing within a month or so. We called a couple of real estate agents to look at rentals, and Jose impressed us immediately by asking detailed questions and appearing to really consider options that would align as closely as possible to what we were looking for.
