for how much its worth, neighborhood is quiet, dog park, laundry room,fitness room, are all clean and decent. The gate is always working, and my neighbors are very courtesy. Alot of residents are older and retired. Quiet place to reside. Management is very professional and always there to assist. I love this place.

I’ve been a resident since April 2024 and I can say my first year here was honestly decent. The only cons up until now were the gate being broke very often to the extent that a predator lured my neighbors daughter to kidnap her which caused me to get multiple cameras. This was an open This was an open investigation with Atlanta PD, And after all the trauma that happened, it caused my neighbor to move and get a lawyer. The gate also damaged my car by closing on the vehicle while I was waiting for the traffic to stop coming both ways out the exit gate. The apartments want you to file a police report and a claim to insurance before they help you. The laundry room can get messy due to uncleanly residents washing dog items in the same washers we wash our towels in; there is a pet washroom Where

This place to me is hidden gem I was not expecting it to be so beautiful like that and Property Manager Cruz he was the best. He was very knowledgeable and thorough about the property giving you all the tips tools and tricks to be a successful tenant there and you don’t get that most of the time at other apartment complex but I appreciate Cruz very much for it.

I like the apartments for what they used to be worth. The amenities included do not total up to $1600 but I understand inflation. The laundry services are very little for 52 units. Only 3 washers and 4 dryers. There is no pool, the gym is bare, and maintenance is scarce. I loved when Canvas owned these apartments. But the new management is quiet and shows little concern. The proximity to everything is nice and I havent had bug or mold problems. Its not that bad of an area either. There is no visitor parking yet they are/will enforce towing. Paint job is eh and so are the new renovations but it would do for those just moving here. I do like the apartment though, its unfortunate that I have to move out.

Update: with the new management First Communities who took over about 2 months ago, things have taken a 180 turn for the worse. They have been uncommunicative, not doing consistent maintenance, and have raised rent almost $300. Would not recommend, and if you see their reviews of other properties they have taken over, it is the same story every time. Was such a great spot, so sad to see it lost. We moved in in July 2021 and it has been great. The Canvas Management staff has been exceptional in getting matinence done, doing things extremely timely, answering any communication, and making being a resident extremely pleasant. I have loved our time so far and look forward to the remainder of our lease.
