The Oaks on The Lake

This place is not honest and scam you out of your deposit. My deposit was not returned because they claim that the carpet was dirty and had to be "replaced". We are the cleanest people, had it cleaned by Elite, who is the company who they use before we left. We went there several trips to make sure the apartment was clean. We called one of the maintenance guys to have it inspected prior to returning the key, and he said everything looked "perfect" and the only thing they do before renting again, was to paint. It's interesting that the same amount of my deposit, was the same amount of the carpet replacement fee. On top of everything, we left in December, and never broke the lease and we paid until January 21, but we got a bill to pay water for December when we paid rent in December and t

We are so happy to be moving in to Oaks on the Lake. From our first call speaking with Payton to our tour recently with Eugene, we have been treated very well. Everything we learned about the community in our tour only makes us wish we were moving in sooner. Wonderful staff, beautiful property.

There are really no words to explain this beautiful community and I mean it is absolutely beautiful. To begin, the staff are wonderful. They provide excellent customer service ALL the time regardless of the situation. Their friendly personalities and smiles provides comfort to people. They are always ready and willing to assist the residents to the fullest. Excellent customer service, I give them 200 stars and above. When it comes to maintenance and keeping the community clean and beautiful, they reach the highest stars of all. The community so clean you can eat off the ground. When it comes to maintenance requests they are there quickly, never have to wait long at all. I love calminha The Oaks on the Lake home! The office staff is friendly helpful and always available. The grounds and hallways are well maintained! Best of it all are the daily events.

Just what I was looking for: a quiet community! The neighbors are warm and friendly. I like having a good view of the lake. The security gate makes me feel more comfortable and safe while sleeping at night. The staff is friendly and also make my stay here more pleasant.
