If I could rate this place zero stars I would. The people who “renovated” the apartment I lived in wired my ceiling fan wrong so my whole lease I was unable to use it. The sliding balcony door was installed wrong so I was told I couldn’t have a screen on it while every other person in the complex had one they refused to fix it and get me one. My screens for my windows had holes in them. When I first moved in my AC was leaking into my ceiling and I had maintenance come once all they did was take my ceiling out and leave my with a hole in my ceiling with a bucket on the floor to catch water for about a month until I threatened to put my rent money on escrow. They then sent maintenance the same day and finally had the job done. This place does not care about their residents and doesn’t even h

I have a friend who just moved in and her apartment is awesome! It had a sweet kitchen with granite countertops and all new stainless appliances. I can't wait til my current lease is up and I can get one of these!

WATCH OUT!!! I rented an apt that managed by Cornerstone Realty management corp at 8470 beech ave. It is called Kugler mill square apartment. At the end of the lease, we cleaned and vacuumed the apartment and returned key all followed instruction of the property manager. She promised she would keep us posted on the walk through. However, she did not. She sent a bill with 657 dollars to us for cleaning the kitchen, bath room and replaced the carpet. With 300$ security deposit, we still owe them for 357 dollars. We kept a good condition of the apartment and thoroughly cleaned apartment with good faith. But the Cornerstone Realty management corp did something with bad faith and purely for their own convenience. I strongly suggest you to stay away from the properties that managed by this compa

Just moved in, apt is nice, the only issue is ac isn’t work I’ve put in request will update review soon... people are very nice to talk to and helpful so far..... AC was fixed today, very fast and friendly nice place
