The Oaks at Summerview

The apartments at The Oaks at Summerview are surprisingly spacious and affordable for the area, which was one of the main reasons I moved there. Unfortunately, my experience with management and safety concerns makes it difficult for me to recommend this community, especially to anyone with children or anyone who values a secure living environment. Throughout my time living there, I experienced ongoing harassment from a neighboring resident. I reported the situation to management multiple times over several months. Despite documenting what was happening and making management aware, I did not feel supported or protected. The worst!! management sucks, does not communicate well, and will argue about them being wrong. My brand new sink fell in, every time it rained my apartment would flood from the front door to the back. Nothing was ever fixed, and i kept being told it was a contracting issue, but it was NEVER fixed. I withheld my rent & they proceeded with an eviction. If i knew what i know now i would have counter sued them.

I love this property!! Very clean, big and not a lot lingering around! I fell in love with 😍 it! The property manager was very dry knowledgeable plus gave me a tour of the apartment which was very nice! Updated cabinetry, wood floors and balcony! Definitely would recommend! Getting ready to sign a lease today

Very quiet, clean and spacious apartment homes. Highly recommend this beautiful community, safe and peaceful living settings!! Staff was very friendly and helpful during our visit. Thanks again Kay!!
