The Oaks At Commerce Townhomes

I have lived in the apartment complex for a year now and I can say these apartments are beautiful inside and out. The property is very clean the children are respectful in the area I would recommend the oaks of commerce to anyone who love peace and quiet.

Had a rocky move in but office staff and maintenance tech helped out immensely. I’ve never had a team take on problems so professionally. Shout out to Keiara and Tray

DO NOT RENT OR APPLY HERE!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!! I applied and their application was having “IT issues.” A leasing agent asked for my information to complete the application. They took my fee and NEVER RESPONDED TO ME… not an email, a call, not even a damn smoke signal. THEN 4-5 WEEKS LATER, when I found and moved into a great apartment elsewhere, I get an email saying I owe them over $3000 and I am going to be evicted… I don’t know what kind of a sham of a business this is, but I’m now a victim of identity fraud messing around with these people. I’m taking legal action IMMEDIATELY.

Mr Tyrone the maintenance tech is always willing to fix any issue any time day or night. Always been helpful with any issue that occurs. From move in to now I truly appreciate him. And all he does.

My scoring is based on the application experience. Before applying I asked what their qualifications were & was told 2-3xs rent income, minimum 550 credit score, & no evictions, & deposit based on these factors. I am new to GA and perhaps this is just the culture of central GA renting but telling someone one thing to get them to apply (pay fees) & the result being different is a super improper business practice, very immoral, a waste of consumer time & finances. I applied for $999/month rent for 12 months & was denied for the reason being I did not make enough. I have a base $40k salary, good credit, good rental history, & my current rent is $1150.
