The Oaks at Cherry Apartments

I was removed from the waiting list with no reason as to why. I was never even contacted about the apartment. Been callling here for 3 years and can never get an answer.

I’ve been living here for almost a year and I love every second of it! The office and maintenance staff is very helpful and kind. I’m close to uptown Charlotte where I can enjoy free concerts in the parks and ride my bike on the Little Sugar Creek Greenway with my grandchildren. It’s an honor to live in the Historic Cherry Neighborhood.

A great place to call "home". Ms Jackie is always there to greet you with a smile and is very helpful to our needs, and is quick to attend to any problems that arise . The facility is kept clean every day by Mr Al. I live alone here me and my daughter and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with parks and nearby locations.

The Oaks at Cherry is professionally manged by Ms. Jaicee where she values her residents and respect her residence. I would recommend the property to anyone that is looking for affordable housing and looking for great amendments in their apartments and wants to live in the heart of Charlotte. Close to walking trails, parks, shopping. Come and experience a different type of living and feel at home with the Oaks At Cherry. Awesome Customer service and speedy response from management.

I have called and stopped by several times over the course of a few weeks. No one is EVER in the office and they don't return phone calls. Even if there aren't any vacancies, I'm not sure why there isn't a sign posted when they are not there or details left on the voicemail. It's highly rated by the residents but it feels like poor customer service to those who don't already reside there. I am not the only person who has tried to get in contact with a leasing agent. There are at least two other people that I know of that are having the same issue.
