Amanda is very awesome 🤩 she really goes above and beyond to help her tenants. She works hard to make sure we as tenants are satisfied and our work orders get done even if she has to go do the job herself. Thank God for her because she has a compassionate soul. I thank Amanda for all that she does 🙏🏾🥰

*Update 5/8/2025* Management contacted me about the review below to see if they could resolve anything. I'm going to summarize by saying the promised to do better, and scheduled a power washing that recently happened since the outside of our apartments are so noticeably filthy. The power washing was done, and I don't want to complain when they actually do what they say, it was shoddy. I've never seen a power wash so weak it failed to get gum off the pavement, so everything got a nice rinse more than a power wash. I don't think anyone who cares really checked behind them to see if it was a satisfactory job, mores they just paid someone to do it and look the other way or had a very cursory glance.
