The Oaks Apartments

Beautiful community. Perfectly kept units. These unique apartments have lots of natural lighting from the abundance of windows. These apartments are well built and nice looking. And are kept up impeccably. Keep up the great work. This is a great community.

Clean, property is up-kept, in a quiet and clean area. Wall units only, but it keeps my one bedroom well circulated. Buildings are old so it lacks new amenities but I found that a small loss in comparison to what I got, which is the mostly bug free, clean and quiet. Lacking in closet space and storage but my unit came with a washer and dryer so I was willing to downsize. Great place, nice landlord and would definitely recommend.

The staff is nice at the apartments on ortman but the apartments are run down with ac and mold issues. I’ve only been here for 2 months.
