Dam is a great landlord he is very understanding and a great property manager and Mike the maintenance man is a great guy always get the job done

Sam Miller and the people working there (I didn’t catch his name) are absolutely wonderful! Sam has made this process of moving for the first time so quick and simple. He has answered all of my questions and has helped me understand a lot. The guy who showed us the apartments was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I personally can not wait to start my journey here. Absolutely wonderful place so far(:

Sam is an excellent Manager. His friendly approach and get done Managerial style are a pleasure to deal with. His staff, Serg and Mike are the best ever. Polite, smart and very capable of solving the most complex problems. They are fast, friendly and professional. These are the people that makes living here great. Thank you

The Oaks is the place to go. They kept my family for a year and a half and we had only 3 problems and they were addressed the next day. The maintenance was awesome, full of jokes. The grounds were always maintained and kept to a standard. From indoor pest control to outdoor roofing, Something was at least done twice in the year and a half I lived there. They updated precautionary measures with speed bumps and signs. This place has great staff, especially Sam. Thank you to The Oaks Apartments.

Mike the maintenance guy is a very respectable and kind man. He 's also intelligent and a fun loving person. He 's always very helpful whenever you need him. Job well done
