If you need a realtor, Mitzy Bratt should be your first choice. This woman put up with us for a YEAR, showing us countless homes and taking a bazillion calls and texts. She or I would see a new listing and she'd stop what she was doing and get us a showing appointment. She worked on weekends and even when she was out of town and on a cruise!! She always asked what we liked or didn't like about homes we saw and she'd narrow down the search even more. I saw a new listing last month and she got us in to see the home. We knew when we pulled in the driveway it was "the one". Mitzy guided us through the whole offer and buying process and was cool as a cucumber through all of our freak out moments. (We bought our last home over 20 years ago and everything is different now.) But Mitzy took care o
