The Oaks and Reserve at Copper Chase

Really getting annoyed with the amount of people here that have 4+ cars per household and most of them move like once a month. And they take up all the spots in front of building three. Doesn't the lease have a lot of this very thing mentioned? Why not park your car that you don't drive in the guest spaces, and be reasonable?

My partner and I recently moved in, and we absolutely love our new apartment! It’s clear that the property is well cared for and beautifully maintained. We’ve already met a few of our neighbors, and everyone has been so warm and welcoming. Katlyn, the leasing agent, was a pleasure to work with—friendly, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. We very much look forward to settling in and making a home here.

I lived here for a year while working at the hospital. I barely had any maintenance issues. One time the heating element on my hot water tank went bad, and I had another within 24 hours of putting in my request. During the winter, the sidewalks and parking lots are cleared and salted promptly. I never had any issues with pests. I got my security deposit back in a timely manner with only the inspection fee taken out. The pool and fitness facilities were always clean and maintained well. I'll start by saying that if I could give a point below zero, I would. These people don't know how to take good care of their customers. My story is long, but if you're thinking of renting a house in this place, I recommend you read up before making this mistake. My husband and I have been living in this house for a short time since April 2025. We were told we had to make an appointment to view the house, which we did. After a while, we were told that it wasn't possible to view the apartment because there were no apartments available. So, they sent us a video tour of the house. We thought it was nice, everything new and tidy. We decided to move because the contract where we were previously had expired and we wanted to move out. Everything was fine until we started having problems with ants

Absolutely the most elegant apartments I haveeverlived in. You trulyfeel like you'rein a high-endcondominium. Why we do not have more higher quality apartments like this escapes me.
