DO NOT LIVE HERE. I ignored the many negative reviews before moving into The Nolen in Clearwater, and it was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. Learn from my mistake — the reviews are accurate. STAY AWAY. From the moment I moved in, my apartment had visible mold. I reported it repeatedly. Management never fixed the source of the problem — they simply wiped it down, despite the mold clearly being longstanding. It continued to return because no real remediation was ever done. The mold spread throughout the unit, contaminating my clothing, furniture, and curtains, all of which now show visible mold damage. I ultimately had to pay $325 out of pocket for an independent mold inspection, which confirmed critical mold contamination, just to get management to respond. And this is only the

2nd UPDATE: I have emailed the regional manager three times in the last week and told Denise that I emailed her and haven’t heard back. Not only is the leasing office incompetent here apparently so is the regional manager. Is this even a legitimate living community? I’m starting to think that this is like a cover-up for money laundering scheme or something insane. Why can’t I get in contact with a professional? UPDATE: The regional manager is allowing us to break our brand new lease so the least I expected was something in writing but apparently that was too much for Denise. She told me she had given my ESA letter to Monica so she would be able to get that for me on Wednesday. Dennisse has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She is kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. From day one, she made everything easy and seamless. I can ride my bike to the Beach everyday, lots of local businesses. Neighbors are nice. They are finally wrapping up last part of construction, maintenance team is the best, Matthew is a ray of sunshine and keeps this place in tip top shape. great place to live!
