The New Horizon Apartments

The units here are not bad & they are all bills paid wifi & cable included. Sarah & Briza are great, they helped me move in fast & I qualified for a move in special . There is alot of renovations going on at the property but im sure once they are done the property will look great. I enjoy staying here.

I've only been here for almost 3 months and it suxs. Maintenance doesn't do their job. Are stuff stays not fixed. We have to figure it out. The sewer here is disgusting. Everyone throws their trash everywhere, messy. Our floors caving in and they tell me ill be ok. Infested with roaches. They dont help with nothing here. We need a news crew here.

Glad I moved out I couldn’t stay even a month it got me sick with sewage coming out from the building stay away. All bills paid ain’t worth it and trash is everywhere and homelessness is all around the complex

These apartments do not look like the pictures me & my girlfriend live here now am trying to figure how to put pictures because I bathroom has been flooded for almost 2 weeks haven’t gotten no service but they are quick for the rent payment reduce our rent or move us to another unit Sven when I moved in wasn’t move ready am still missing kitchen draws I’ll find a way to post all the pictures since I moved in these pictures the have up These are like the projects I wish it look like that but y’all are way off management I think her name is Sara we called several times and still no service to fix the leak posting pictures how the really look like

This place is a nightmare. Leaking ceilings, climate controled Ac. Dirty outside trash dumpsters that overflow regularly. Mailboxes that are always being broken into. Can't have company after 8pm without vehicles being towed or pay..pools dirty and always closed.. sewage leaking at playground.. I can go on.
