The Nest

The few times I’ve needed to call the office, they’re very kind and attentive. (Lanie in particular) And I also called maintenance several times recently. Hunter is so professional and courteous and never makes you feel like a bother. These folks are few and far between and a pleasure to deal with, in my opinion.

This may be a bit premature because I don't live here yet, but I will be in less than 2 weeks, so why not? But Andrew has made the beginning process incredibly painless. I greatly appreciate the lengths he's gone to to ensure my son and I have a place to relocate to. Andrew has answered all questions and has given much information during the walk-through that allows this out-of-state move to go forward. Having a kiddo on the spectrum can be daunting whilst moving and going into a new home. But Andrew has eased my son's concerns without even knowing it. And for that, I thank you muchly. You sir, are greatly appreciate!

We rented my daughter's first off-campus apartment from Skyhawk Rentals this week. Andrew made the process so easy and comfortable for the girls as well as the parents. Highly recommend. Friendly and the process was easy and smooth.

Me and my co-applicants called many times with questions about the application and apartment. Each time they were very nice and could answer every question! When we went for our tour, Andrew, was very helpful and told us everything we need to know!

Kim has been fantastic in helping me. From basic information, filling out application, keeping me informed to signing the lease. If she didn’t have the information I wanted she would get me the information. Not “whenever “ she got around to it, but immediately. She has been professional and very pleasant. The whole staff have been exemplary. Insuring a stress free experience of finding an apartment and moving in. The apartment may be a little outdated. But they insured everything worked and was thoroughly cleaned before I moved in. The grounds are well kept. The exercise room is loaded with so many different machines and equipment. The pool is HUGE, and different depths. I intend to use it every day. Bottom line… I am EXTREMELY happy with everything I have encountered so far!
