Skyhawk Rentals

hello everyone, i had written a review that has gotten deleted but i would like to spread awareness about this company who has left my roommates / teammates at the time, homeless. they are not good renters, they told us we were getting a new apartment so we had to wait a month before we could move in. we explained to them that we are athletes already in season and will be willing to stay at another place AND PAY while we wait for our apartment. at the time there was NO effort to make accommodations for us, even after begging and even asking to pay a fee to stay in another apartment or even the apartment we were waiting to get “renovated.” after moving into the apartment, we continuously needed maintenance requests for drains, heaters, ACs you name it. so much for a “new apartment” right?

Thus far, my experience with Skyhawk Rentals has been decent. Admittedly, the rent feels high for what amounts to three rooms total, but the location is okay. The one-star reviews don't inspire much confidence. Especially if there are ever any issues that need to be resolved. But thus far my experience has been more positive than negative. The maintenance request i submitted for my dryer was processed and fixed quickly. Faith has been lovely to work with and has been very polite and helpful.

We moved into a 4 bedroom home through Skyhawk & it’s been great! Maintenance have been quick with addressing any issue & Lainey was wonderful & helped us along our journey to move! We haven’t had a single complaint & the location has been great as well.
