The Nelson

My wife and I are so happy with our decision to move to The Nelson. We looked around for a while and toured a number of different places, but we couldn’t get The Nelson out of our heads and kept coming back to it, so we finally pulled the trigger on moving here and we couldn’t be more pleased! The management staff are super friendly and always happy to the help, our apartment is so spacious and comfortable with a kitchen to die for, the property amenities are all top tier, and there’s so much here in the area right at your finger tips, including just about every store you can imagine at Southpark Meadows just up the road. Moving into this community has been such a smooth experience, especially coordinating everything from out of state. Cedric truly went above and beyond to help with furniture deliveries before I arrived, making sure everything was handled properly and giving me so much peace of mind. The team has been friendly, communicative, and easy to work with, and Cedric’s extra effort made a big transition feel seamless. Highly recommend!

The Nelson is amazing! The leasing office staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The community is always clean, well-kept, and peaceful — such a quiet and relaxing place to come home to. I’m so happy I chose to live here!

Cedric was absolutely wonderful during my tour of The Nelson! He was incredibly helpful, patiently answering all my questions in detail. I really appreciated how considerate he was, showing me layouts and finishes that perfectly matched what I was looking for. Just moved here. Brand new apartments. Right here next South Park meadows so many shopping centers that you need. Apartments are supper nice and office staff is cool. Pool is really big with nice grill area. Dope gym and roof top lounge. Also has its own little convenience store down stairs with drinks and snacks.
