The Nathaniel

The Nathaniel has been a wonderful building to live in. We moved into a beautifully kept 1BR several months ago and have loved it since! From the start, the wonderful help from Ashley Carroll at the leasing office, to each and every door (wo)men and facility staff, folks here are very kind and friendly. We’ve really enjoyed living here at this great location in an awesome, pet-friendly building.

As a broker, I work with leasing offices across the city every day, and Ashley is one of the most helpful and courteous leasing agents I've had the pleasure to work with. She truly went above and beyond to make the viewing and signing process a breeze for my clients. During such a busy time in the market, this is something she didn't have to do and we likely may have rented elsewhere if not for her hard work and excellent accommodation.

We love The Nathaniel! Ashley the leasing agent has always been so helpful to us, especially in a chaotic and confusing time during the pandemic. She’s attentive, responsive, and is always happy to help. That also translates to the building team, who go the extra mile and always make us feel at home. We are so happy to live here!

Ashley Carroll was amazing! She provided great communication and was very helpful throughout the entire apartment process. Assisted myself with multiple clients who were not in town and accommodated last minute shows. Would recommend working with her to anyone who is a broker or a potential client.

I've been living in the Nathaniel for three years, and can't say enough good things about the place. Ashley from leasing is fantastic and was a tremendous help when switching apartments during COVID; polite, responsive, compassionate and thorough (if it weren't for her, i would have probably moved out to another building). The staff (louis, maria, ben, carlos) are like family and genuinely care about my well being. As far as maintaining the building (shimic, francisco, dawa) are super quick to resolve any of the very minor issues i've had. The overall building has a great location and the amenities are quite nice (huge rooftop and spacious lounge). The apartment themselves are amazing and very modern. No complaints.
