Lived here for two years and loved it! The building was always maintained and the leasing staff was always very friendly and responsive! If anything in the unit was not working, which rarely happened, Matt over maintenance was always able and fix it quickly. Whether a short term or extended stay, I’d recommend The Nash to just about anyone :)
Was a nice place at first. Very quiet apartments, nice finishes. However the building allowed multiple Airbnb's without informing long time residents. Now has turned into a loud, party facility. There have been significant issues with car break ins and non-residents loitering and smoking at the entrance on Garrison Ave. Very difficult to get responses from the property manager Sheral.
LOVE these!! We actually stayed at one for an Airbnb! Will definitely stay again! Beautiful and clean!
