Josh McCombs was great to work with, we pre approved with him and he was always available and ready to answer any questions we had. Buying a home is a big decision and he made us very at ease, he was with us through the whole process all the way to closing. He was texting with us while signing closing papers and still working to get closing cost down, and by the time we walked out with keys in hand costs were down almost next to nothing.
