The Montrose on Fitzhugh

I lived here for a bit over 2 years and just moved out due to my job being in McKinney. I absolutely LOVED this place!! Leasing staff was amazing throughout my whole time here. They just switched management companies but all seems just as good as ever and the team hasn't changed much, if at all! Corey in leasing is so friendly and my dog absolutely LOVED him!! He was always so helpful and great to chat with! I will definitely miss having him on my leasing team and my dog definitely misses him too! The maintenance staff is so friendly and quick to complete requests! All staff is extremely personable and down to earth! I truly do not have a single complaint from my time here and I will miss this apartment SO MUCH!!! Even though it is not super new and fancy, they make up for that and so much

My husband and I have lived at this property for a few years now. It’s a good location and the staff has always been pretty helpful. Our maintenance staff is the best by far. Isreal is super friendly and always helpful. He’ll ask us if we need anything if we see him in the halls or parking lot. He’ll even check up on other things while fixing the issue at hand. It’s super hard to find people who care beyond what their job description so Isreal is a gem.

I’ve been a resident at Vue Fitzhugh for some long time time now, and I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Corey in the office. Anytime I have a question or need assistance, he’s consistently friendly, patient, and incredibly efficient. He takes the time to explain things clearly and always follows up. It’s rare to find that level of customer service, and it definitely enhances the living experience here. Thank you, Corey, for making Vue Fitzhugh such a great place to call home.

I lived there for 5 years. The only real issue was the rent going up (went up by $700/month over 5 years). The space and location were great. The maintenance staff, especially Israel, were always fast to respond and fix any issue we had
