The Montgomery Building

I have lived in The Montgomery for several months now and have nothing but positive things to say. Property management and maintenance have always been quick, kind, and informative! The maintenance requests I've had have always been handled quickly. Even when Hurrican Helene happened, they maintained communication and got everything addressed professionally! Amenities and additional businesses in the building are also a great plus.

My favourite building in Spartanburg area. Spending study time in the coffee shop and enjoying every time of outside appearance of a building as well as interior. Combining with its business offices, elegant James&James store, and care salons. Love it

I really enjoyed my time living in The Monty. The location and amenities are great but the staff is really what makes this place special. I couldn't have asked for a more attentive and prompt property staff that always did an excellent job with any request I had.

Had the chance to walk through the ground floor after buying something at the Pharmacy Cafe. Beautiful building! Felt transported back in time in the best possible way. Were it not for family obligations keeping me in my current house, I would be pumped to rent one of the apartments in the upper floors.

The Montgomery Building is a magnificent structure and a vital part of Spartanburg's history that fell into disrepair over the years. But I'm so excited and thankful that it's being renovated back to it's original splendor! Soon it will once again be downtown's showpiece building!
