The Monterey by Windsor Apartments

I have lived at the Monterey by Windsor and the service is always great. The maintenance shows up quickly and resolves any issue timely. The leasing office always returns phone calls promptly. The property is kept clean. It is in a very desirable location and walkable to a lot of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend living at this property.

I had a great experience working with Eli at Monterey Windsor. He was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. From the first tour through the application process, he made everything feel easy and completely stress-free, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was that he genuinely seemed invested in helping me find the right fit rather than just closing a deal. I never felt rushed or pressured, and his communication made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. I’m really grateful for how seamless the process was and would absolutely recommend working with him to anyone considering leasing here!

Easily the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived. The front staff is not helpful and beyond condescending. There is dog pee and trash in all the stairwells that never get cleaned. The garage is constantly broken causing car break ins constantly. High school kids park in our parking and are walking around the complex garage all the time. The trash rooms are constantly backed up with trash overflowing and smell into the hall. The ONLY nice thing about living here is the location-otherwise I do not recommend at all!

Living here has been an excellent experience from day one. The community is clean, well-maintained, and managed by a team that truly cares about residents. Garrett and Robert go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that any concerns are handled quickly and professionally. They’re always friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in keeping the community a great place to live. Service Manager Hector and his maintenance team deserve special mention as well — they’re fast, knowledgeable, and always take the time to make sure things are done right. It’s rare to find a property where both the office and maintenance staff work so seamlessly together, but this team makes it happen. I toured the Monterey last week and Jazzy Benjamin was our leasing consultant. She was fabulous! She answered every question and was very knowledgeable of the property! She was so nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit!
